Cycling around Cheshire
Cheshire is excellent cycling country and you can access local cycle routes online. The Shropshire Union Canal runs nearby and the tow path will take you past several local pubs and restaurants. As well as ample parking space, we can provide secure, alarmed garaging of cycles and motorbikes, should this be required by our guests.
The Cheshire Cycle way is a 176 mile / 282 km journey through some of Cheshire's finest scenery, passes close to the Boat Museum, Chester Zoo, Port Sunlight, Ness Botanic Gardens, Hack Green Bunker and Stapley Water Gardens.
Use Primrose Cottage as your base or a stop on your journey, whether you are just wanting to cycle for fun, training for an event or completing a Lands End to John O'Groats run for charity.
